How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes around3–5 business days once the order is confirmed.
Note: Deliveries might take slightly longer during holiday seasons or sales.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping is a flat rate of $4 or its equivalent in LBP at the daily market rate. We offer Free Delivery on all orders over $120.

How can I pay for my order?
We offer several convenient payment methods:
Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the courier in USD or LBP when your package arrives.
Alternative Transfer: We also accept [OMT / Whish Money] transfers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change your size or cancel an order, please contact our WhatsApp support at +1 253 433 8025 within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a SMS or WhatsApp message from our delivery partner with your tracking details and the estimated arrival time.
3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept exchanges within 5 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on [jewelry, swimwear, or bodysuits].
How do I exchange an item for a different size?
Simple! Just contact us via WhatsApp. We will send the courier to pick up the old item and deliver the new size. A small exchange delivery fee of $4 will apply.
Do you offer cash refunds?
For Cash on Delivery orders, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide Store Credit in the form of a voucher code that never expires and can be used for any future purchase on our website.

How do I know which size to pick?
Most of our items follow standard international sizing. If you are unsure, send us a message on Instagram or WhatsApp with your measurements, and our team will help you choose the perfect fit!
An item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
Finding out an item you love is out of stock can be disappointing, and I’m happy to clarify how our inventory works.
Because our collection is curated as a series of “lucky finds,” we rarely restock specific items once they are gone. We prioritize bringing in new, unique pieces frequently rather than maintaining a deep backstock of previous styles.
What You Can Do
No-Promise Search: While we generally don’t restock, we are happy to assist you in trying to locate another unit of that specific item. Please keep in mind that since these are unique finds, we cannot make any promises that we’ll be able to find it.
Keep an eye on the “New Arrivals”: Since we don’t often repeat styles, the best way to find a replacement is to check our latest drops.
Act quickly on favorites: Because our items move quickly, the best way to ensure you get a piece you love is to act while it’s still available.
