1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an automated email confirmation. This does not signify our acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason (e.g., stock unavailability or pricing errors).
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 2 hours of placement. Once an order is dispatched to the courier, it cannot be canceled.
2. PRICING & PAYMENTS
Currency: All prices are listed in USD as indicated on the Site.
Payment Methods: We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY (LEBANON)
Delivery Timeline: We aim to deliver within 2-5 business days across Lebanon.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Large or heavy items may incur additional fees.
Receiver Responsibility: The customer must be available at the provided address to receive the order. If the courier is unable to reach you after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and future orders may require pre-payment.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, our return policy is as follows:
Return Window: You have 2 days from the date of delivery to report a defective item and 5 days for a size exchange.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Accompanied by the original invoice.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Swimwear & Lingerie
Earrings & Pierced Jewelry
Beauty/Cosmetic products
Items purchased during a “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
5. REFUND POLICY
Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds for COD orders. Instead, you will receive Store Credit via a digital voucher code to be used on your next purchase.
Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost to you, or offer a full refund if the item is out of stock.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges not involving a defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site, including images, logos, text, and designs, is the property of The Brand Shop. You may not reproduce, copy, or “scrape” any content for commercial use without our express written permission.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Brand Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our Site. Our maximum liability to you for any product purchased shall be the amount paid for that product.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes arising shall be settled in the courts of Beirut.
